Hi Threadless team,

I am referring to support ticket #....
and to order

Short description -

My order was lost in Germany. DHL Global Mail delivered it from
Threadless store to Frankfurt, Germany and then, as it is written in their tracking system, "packet has been handed over to local post", link here

This information (that my packet was given to local post) is fake and wrong. The number they provided for further tracking, quote

Delivery by Deutsche Post 2072121293354715

is totally unknown to Deutsche Post, even number format is false,
tracking info should start with letters, not digits. Germany post has
no idea what number it is.

Destination address is fully OK, I double checked it.

Now, I do urge you to start reclamation procedure with DHL Global Mail.
