black males between 18 and 30 make up 3% of the population and commit 50% of the violent crime I think it is fair to say the black community has a cultural crisis. It is time for black leaders to step up and denounce the culture that results 70% of children born out of wedlock. Males that totally abandon parental obligations and music that denigrates woman, and promotes drug use and violence.
