Наверху, как обычно, нефтяная Норвегия, что закономерно, и т.д.

Но -

Я бы предложил обратить внимание на два очень подозрительных факта в этом рейтинге

А именно, что согласно рейтингу, Франция более развитая страна чем Швейцария, а Испания - чем Германия.

Чего-то тут не так.
